The Story

Little Dove Counseling was born out of a passion to see people building their families on the basis of genuine connection and relationship. Anna grew up with nine siblings, all connected through various types of family building, including adoption, foster care, and biological systems. She learned early on connected relationships are what makes a true family. At Little Dove Counseling, it is our mission to equip you and your loved ones to building connections that will carry you through the hard and lovely parts of life.

The Approach

Connection building starts the moment life begins. We believe play, across the life span, is one of the most powerful forms to grow in relationships. As play and expressive art therapists, we strive to bring creativity into all sessions for people in every stage of life. We provide attachment-focused and relationally-centered therapy to support your journey to connection with your people, your soul and your world.
