Her clinical expertise spans work with infants and young children through adolescents.
Her Approach
Louise's background in fine art shapes her unique therapeutic approach. She believes that play and creative expression are universal languages—ways that children and adults communicate what words alone cannot capture. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, processing grief, or learning to trust after early trauma, Louise meets them with genuine curiosity, attunement, and respect for their unique story. She's equally committed to working with parents, recognizing that your own healing and sense of security directly impacts your child's ability to thrive.
Her experience spans multiple settings—from early childhood agencies to schools to community mental health—giving her a nuanced understanding of how children develop, heal, and build connection across different contexts and relationships. Beyond direct clinical work, Louise is passionate about supervision and organizational development, and she brings that same commitment to partnership and relational attunement to every family she works with.
Louise is at her best on the carpet with children, leaning into what matters most to them. She believes that when families feel genuinely seen, when parents experience support for their own journeys, and when children develop secure relationships, everything shifts. That's the work she's here to do.
