Parenting Groups
This group is ideal for parents navigating parenting with our future lawyers, negotiators, and deep feelers. If your child busts in on you in the bathroom, refuses to take "no" for an answer, or just seems to "run the show", then this group is for you! Gather with other parents who get it! Facilitated by parent and therapist of 10 years, Megan provides a safe space to process the difficulties of raising strong-willed children while providing practical tips to raise your little change-makers!
Parenting Your Big Feelings Child

$135 for a 30-minute online intake with Noah
$50 per session (F 8-week commitment required)
Total cost: $535
To reserve your spot, we will collect the intake fee and first session fee at booking ($185 total). This payment will be applied towards the intake and first group session. After that, sessions are billed weekly.

This group will meet virtually, biweekly on Fridays at 9am.
Our tentative start date is Friday August 14th at 9am.

Clients are asked to commit to the full 8-week series to support group cohesion and consistency.

Facing Fatherhood
This group is for the fathers who want to feel more connected, empowered, and proud in their parenting—especially when it’s hard. If you find yourself deferring to your partner, feeling unsure how to plug into your child’s care, or sensing that dads might have something unique to offer but struggling to figure out what it is, you’re not alone.
This space is here to support you in showing up fully in your fatherhood—present, confident, and connected. Facilitated by Little Dove therapist and fellow dad Noah Phillips, LCSW.

Raising Kids with ADHD
A Skills Based Group for Parents
Raising a child with ADHD can be exhausting. Join this ADHD crash course, which focuses on psychoeducation, best practices, and peer support. The sequence will guide parents through the principles and tools needed to improve both their relationship with their child and the child's behavior. This group, led by Noah Phillips, LCSW is based on the work of Dr. Russell Barkley, a renowned expert on ADHD and author of the acclaimed guide, "Taking Charge of ADHD."
By the end of these 12 sessions, you will:
Increase mutual respect and cooperation in relationships with your children
Reduce conflict in your home
Strengthen your child's ability to behave appropriately and reduce their dependence on negative behaviors
Feel empowered to parent your neuro-atypical child

The group will meet biweekly, starting on Friday August 7th, 2026 at 12 pm.
Location: Online (Cameras must be on!)

This group is designed for parents of kids aged 3 to 10 with an ADHD diagnosis.
This group is not suitable for parents of children who exhibit significant safety-related behaviors, have substantial language impairments, or have a co-occurring ASD diagnosis (stay tuned for a future group tailored to the unique needs of AuDHD families)

Time commitment: 12 one-hour sessions
Sessions are cumulative and skills-based, so attendance at each is required
Practical skills homework will be assigned between sessions
An intake appointment will be required for non-Little Dove families
