Emma Freemire

Child, Teen, and Family Therapist (She/Her)

Hi, I'm Emma, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker #118229 with a Master's Degree in Social Work. My passion lies in helping individuals and families navigate their journeys towards healing and growth through therapy.

I focus my work in treating symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Trauma/PTSD, Grief and Loss, Relationship Challenges, Family Conflict, and Adjustment to Life Transitions. My approach integrates insight-oriented Talk Therapy with methods such as Expressive Arts, Narrative, Attachment-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapies. I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and families, offering a collaborative, warm, and authentic therapeutic style.

I believe deeply in the power of a nurturing therapeutic environment where clients can explore their challenges, emotions, and relationships. Through therapy, I aim to foster self-expression, identity development, and personal growth. I provide individuals and families with tools to cope with and heal from past and present life challenges.

For me, therapy is a collaborative process. I am passionate about walking alongside my clients, helping them uncover their strengths and resilience as we navigate life's intricacies together. It is truly an honor to witness and facilitate meaningful change in the lives of those I work with.

Outside of my practice, I cherish spending time with family and friends, hiking in nature, engaging in artistic pursuits, enjoying music, and starting my day with a comforting cup of tea.

Let's embark on this journey together—where healing and growth become possible.
