This group is geared towards kids who are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. We use art to reflect on what makes us special. We also work on learning valuable skills to increase self-esteem and build connections with others.
Ages 8 - 12 years old

Feelings and Friendships group is geared towards helping kids learn to have prosocial interactions, healthy communication, and big feeling coping skills. The group is play-based and derives from the TheraPlay model. Cohorts are matched based on age and current presenting challenge. Each group is made up of 4 children and 1-2 adults depending on need.

Facing Fatherhood: A Therapeutic Support Group for Dads
This group is for the fathers who want to feel more connected, empowered, and proud in their parenting—especially when it’s hard. If you find yourself deferring to your partner, feeling unsure how to plug into your child’s care, or struggling to stay grounded when big feelings fly… you’re not alone.
This space is here to support you in showing up fully in your fatherhood—present, confident, and connected.

Parenting Your Big Feelings Child:This group is ideal for parents navigating parenting with our future lawyers, negotiators, and deep feelers. If your child busts in on you in the bathroom, refuses to take "no" for an answer, or just seems to "run the show", then this group is for you! Gather with other parents who get it! Facilitated by parent and therapist of 10 years, Megan provides a safe space to process the difficulties of raising strong-willed children while providing practical tips to raise your little change-makers!

The main goal is to help students adjust from middle school to high school in a supportive and interactive setting. Freshmen will learn useful skills and tools to handle this change successfully. The program also aims to boost their confidence and ability to manage schoolwork and social challenges. This support helps students build resilience and cope better during this important time.
Ages 14 -15 or any other freshman entering high school

The main goal is for participants to feel safe and supported when sharing their challenges, successes, and strategies, without fear of being called “lazy” or “disorganized.” The program also helps boost their confidence and belief in themselves, especially in college. It is designed for students starting college, helping them understand and handle their feelings as they adjust to this new stage in life.
Ages 17 - 19 or any other teen entering college

The first goal is to help high school students gain a deeper understanding of how political conditions can impact their emotional wellbeing. The second goal is to create a supportive space where these students feel comfortable exploring, unpacking, and embracing their unique identities.
